How Does Kinesiology help

While Kinesiology does include some hands-on treatment, there are many non-physical elements of Kinesiology that focus on energy realignment, learning enhancement, emotional growth, and goal enhancement.

The elements of Kinesiology compliments self-isolation, allowing us to work through any number of emotional and mental issues or blockers that you’d like to resolve.

Using video conferencing software called ZOOM, we can connect digitally still allowing for a personalised 1-on-1 consultation focused on helping you cope and work through whatever it is you’re experiencing.

I’m also available for Face to face, in personal consultations in my Mango Hil practice.

Online consultations go for 60 minutes with all first time clients being sent a Form, to complete and return via email, the day before your scheduled appointment.
